This is an educational product-design prototype. It does not offer, arrange, approve, underwrite, or fund credit; pull a credit report; or send an application to a lender. Do not use it for an urgent financial decision.
Agreement
By accessing or using the prototype, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Disclosures. If you do not agree, do not use it. “AICredit,” “we,” and “us” refer to the prototype operator. The final production operator identity and address remain subject to confirmation.
The prototype service
The site demonstrates an identity-first qualification, scoring, routing, and offer-selection experience. Inputs, scores, eligibility results, approval likelihoods, payments, partner names, economics, and payouts may be simulated or illustrative. The AICredit Score™ is not a consumer credit score and is not used by a creditor in this build.
No user–lender, borrower–broker, fiduciary, advisory, credit-repair, or agency relationship is created by use of the prototype.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. The prototype is intended for evaluation in the United States, but it does not determine state-specific product availability, licensing, or legal eligibility.
Acceptable use
You may use the prototype for personal evaluation and product feedback. You may not interfere with its operation; probe or bypass security; introduce malicious code; scrape at disruptive scale; misrepresent the site as a lender or approved partner; submit another person’s information without authority; or use outputs to make a real credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other eligibility decision.
Independent destinations
The starter shelf links to independent organizations. Opening a link leaves AICredit.ai. Those organizations control their own content, eligibility, applications, data collection, accessibility, and terms. A link does not mean endorsement, approval, sponsorship, or partnership unless we say so clearly beside the link.
The current starter shelf is non-commercial: we receive no compensation and do not transmit your profile when you open those links.
Intellectual property
The prototype interface, copy, code, AICredit name, AICredit Score™ name, and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator. A limited, revocable, non-transferable license lets you use the public prototype for its intended purpose. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; descriptive reference does not imply affiliation.

Estimates are not quotes or offers. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, investment, credit, or financial advice.
Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, credit outcomes, or reliance on prototype outputs. Any aggregate direct liability arising from the free prototype will not exceed USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions, so those limits apply only where lawful.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or end the prototype at any time. Material policy changes will update the effective date and change log. Final production terms may differ and will identify the confirmed operator, governing law, venue, dispute process, and product-specific requirements before live service.
