The score, routes, offers, and economics have different meanings. This page makes those boundaries explicit.

Plain-English summary

AICredit is demonstrating a routing product, not offering credit. Current lender cards and payouts are simulated. Current public-resource links are independent and uncompensated. If compensation begins later, it will be disclosed near the affected recommendation.

What AICredit is—and is not

This development build is an educational financing-routing prototype. AICredit is not acting here as a lender, creditor, loan broker, credit bureau, financial adviser, debt-relief provider, or credit-repair organization. It does not accept applications, make credit decisions, determine legal eligibility, negotiate loan terms, fund loans, or issue adverse-action notices.

AICredit Score™

The AICredit Score™ is a proprietary prototype identity signal created from self-reported credit context, request capacity, asset support, and intent clarity. It is not a FICO® score, VantageScore®, consumer report, credit rating, or score obtained from a credit bureau. It has not been validated for underwriting and should not be used to determine creditworthiness or eligibility.

A lender may use different data, models, scores, and legal criteria and may reach a different result.

Simulated offers and estimates

Partner identities in the routing catalog, availability, APRs, terms, monthly payments, approval probabilities, decision speed, limits, and payouts are illustrative product-design assumptions unless a card is expressly labeled as a verified external pathway. They are not quotes, preapprovals, approvals, commitments, advertisements from a lender, or guarantees. Actual cost and eligibility can differ materially.

How prototype routing works

The engine first applies modeled requirements such as loan type, self-reported credit band, amount, broad geography, income band, collateral/asset fit, partner quality, and capacity. It then ranks eligible simulated paths using product fit, modeled approval propensity, payout tiers, identity strength, quality, clawback risk, and remaining capacity. This means commercial value is an explicit prototype ranking input—but cannot make an ineligible route eligible.

“Best Match,” “Fastest Approval,” and “Lowest Monthly Payment” are labels for three modeled ranking objectives, not independent professional recommendations.

Affiliate and compensation disclosure

Current build: AICredit receives no compensation from the starter-shelf public pathways. The simulated lead, application, approval, and funded-loan payouts visible in the product and operator console are internal model inputs, not earned revenue.

Future production: AICredit may receive a fee when a user clicks, submits information, applies, is approved, or receives funding through a clearly identified commercial partner. Compensation may influence ordering among otherwise eligible choices. Any material relationship will be disclosed clearly and close to the affected link or card; the legal-center disclosure alone will not replace that contextual notice.

Starter shelf

Kiva, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development are independent organizations included as public or nonprofit resources. They have not approved, sponsored, or endorsed AICredit, and AICredit is not their agent. They set their own eligibility and collect information only after you leave this site.

Third-party names and marks

Names shown in the operator activation queue identify organizations AICredit may consider approaching. “Application ready,” “outreach ready,” or similar operator language describes AICredit’s internal workflow—not approval by, affiliation with, or acceptance into that organization’s program. All third-party marks belong to their owners.

Production compliance gate

No live compensated placement or lead delivery should activate until the operator has confirmed partner contracts; licensing and broker status; state and product availability; truth-in-advertising and compensation notices; privacy notices and vendor terms; consent and consent receipts; telemarketing rules where applicable; security and retention; model governance and testing; complaints; and the boundary between AICredit routing and a creditor’s underwriting or adverse-action obligations.
